    Job Description

    1. Support the Director with daily operations: schedule management, meeting coordination, document filing and workflow optimization.

    2. Assist in preparing investment proposals, presentation materials and client-facing reports for high-net-worth engagements.

    3. Track project progress, coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth service delivery.

    4. Maintain client relationships via regular follow-ups, building long-term trust-based partnerships.

    5. Draft meeting minutes, action item trackers and business summaries, ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables.

    6. Conduct market research and industry analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

    7. Support cross-department collaboration and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.

    Requirements

    1. A proactive, learning-oriented mindset; Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related majors preferred.

    2. Strong communication, coordination and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.

    3. Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and strict confidentiality with sensitive information.

    4. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to draft professional reports and meeting materials.
